This website and its contact channels are not monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Severe pain, bleeding that cannot be controlled, rapidly increasing swelling of the face or neck, difficulty swallowing or breathing, or an infection in the mouth accompanied by high fever are emergencies.
In a medical emergency, call 112 (valid in Türkiye and throughout the EU) or go to the nearest emergency department. Do not report emergencies through the website, by e-mail or by message.
5. Results vary from person to person
The outcome of dental treatment depends on the condition of your teeth and gums, the structure of your jawbone, your general health, your oral hygiene habits, smoking and your healing capacity.

Any estimates shared verbally during an examination or in preliminary correspondence are not a binding offer. The final fee is determined only once an individual treatment plan has been drawn up after an examination and, where needed, a radiological assessment, and it is then given to you in writing.
7. Risks and complications
The lists of risks, side effects and complications on the treatment pages are not exhaustive. Every medical procedure may carry other risks not listed on the page.
Your individual risks, alternative treatment options and the expected course if no treatment is carried out are discussed in detail during the examination and the informed consent process. Please do not make a decision before this process has been completed.
